A sample of recent projects undertaken have included:
Working with various corporates on reviewing their policies framework to ensure legislative compliance and understanding (Whistleblowing and Privacy being key risk areas)
Establishing a Risk Framework for an organisation by establishing appetite, an approach, key elements of a policy, and identifying key risks and their mitigation;
Governance audit for an established Not for Profit entity identifying key improvements required and gradually implementing them over a 12 month period;
Modernising of a Constitution for a Not for Profit to make it work for the organisation and at the same time consider key governance issues that arose from that review.
